Cancellation Policy
At Skin Haven Esthetics, your appointment is reserved especially for you. To respect the time of all clients and our team, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file or deducted from your deposit.
Missed appointments without any notice will be charged 100% of the service total. No call/no shows may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service and is not transferable to other dates if rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
